Established in 1976 by Barbara Moore, the organization began as Spouse Abuse, Inc., providing shelter and support to victims of domestic violence. Over the years, Harbor House has expanded its services and facilities to become a comprehensive support system for survivors.

Emergency Shelter: A 110-bed facility operating 24/7, accommodating women, men, children, and pets.

Children’s Services: Including a licensed daycare and after-school care to support young survivors.
