Orlando’s legislative body—the Mayor (at-large) and six City Commissioners—meets bi-monthly to set policy, adopt ordinances, and oversee City business. Below is everything you need to know to follow and participate in City Council meetings.

Agenda Review (1:00 PM): Opportunity for public input on Consent Agenda items (A–K and CRA/NID/OPEB). Not streamed—participate in person or via Zoom. Orlando
Workshops: Held as needed for in-depth briefings; no official votes taken.

To speak, submit your request by 9 AM on meeting day:

Consent Agenda Items: Comments during Agenda Review.
Public Hearings: Speak when your item is heard on the agenda.
